4. Travel Bookings & Pricing

Packages, itineraries, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices may include or exclude taxes, airline surcharges, visa fees, hotel charges, and add-ons. Final booking confirmation is subject to supplier acceptance.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All transactions are processed via third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for payment failures due to banking or technical issues.

6. User Responsibilities

  • No misuse or disruption of Services
  • No fraudulent inquiries or bookings
  • No unauthorized copying or resale
  • No unlawful activity on the platform

7. Third-Party Suppliers & Liability

Travel services may be provided by third-party suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, visa issues, accidents, weather disruptions, or supplier operational failures. Users are responsible for complying with travel regulations.

All content, including text, images, designs, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
